Refund Policy
In the very unlikely event that you have a complaint, it must be made in writing [email accepted] within 48 hours of your event date and all cake should be retained/returned for inspection.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Any cancellations made within one week of the event date we reserve the right to request the full cost of the cake(s) a credit would be offered to be used against a future cake booking. If, in the very unlikely event, we are unable to make your cake we will arrange for our alternative cake decorator to make your cake or we will offer a full refund of all monies paid.
